Product details

Inconel 601 Sheets and Plates are developed from a chromium-nickel alloy with additional aluminium content. The addition of extra aluminium enhances its corrosion and oxidation resistance, particularly at higher temperatures. These sheets have fairly good mechanical properties allied with excellent heat resistance, workability, and tensile strength. Good metallurgical stability and resistance to carburization are also shown by these plates.

Cold working allows the sheets to harden and provides toughness, durability, and reliability in hostile environments. The materials also resist acidic attacks and work reliably for a long period of time during unfavourable climatic conditions.

Testing details

Our highly skilled professional team undergoes strict examination and testing of all our products. The quite common tests include hardness tests, positive material tests, chemical analyses, micro and macro tests, flattening tests, flaring tests, pitting resistance tests, mechanical tests for tensile strength, and IGC tests.

Certification and documentation

We also provide quality assurance certificates to our clients in EN 10204/3.1B, including third-party inspection reports, 100% radiography test reports, and raw material certificates. Packaging details
